Privacy Policy

We collect minimal data to provide our running and marathon training services. This includes your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter, and basic information when you leave comments on our articles. We never store payment details, as we use secure third-party services for any transactions.

Cookies help us understand how you use our site. We use Google Analytics to track page views, session duration, and bounce rates. This data helps us improve our content and user experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work properly.

We share data with third parties only when necessary. For example, Mailchimp processes our newsletter subscriptions, and Disqus manages our comment sections. These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

You have rights over your data. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time. For other requests, please contact us directly.

We use Cloudflare for DDoS protection and CDN services. They may process your IP address to provide these services. Our site also includes links to external sites, like Strava or Runkeeper. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these sites.

We update this policy as needed. The last update was on October 10, 2023. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our site. Your continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
